Ingredients:
Half a bag of mixed crunchy saladÂ
Handful of fresh spinach
Handful of walnuts
Handful of dried cranberries
Half a ball of mozzarella
1 large tomato
glug of extra virgin olive oil
half a teaspoon of wholegrain mustard
salt and black pepper
1 pitta bread
Method:
Get a large mixing bowl. Put in the mixed crunchy salad, spinach, walnuts and dried cranberries and mozzarella teared into small pieces. Cut your tomato in quarters and then these quarters in three, then add these to the mixing bowl.
Put your extra virgin olive oil, wholegrain mustard, salt and pepper into anything you can mix or shake it well with, for example an empty jar. Pour the dressing into the salad and give it a really good mix.
Serve with warmed and sliced up pitta bread.
